Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Email kangapawstore@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions within one business day. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their tag. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Refunds

Once we receive the return, we refund the amount paid to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or wrong items

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
