Will my cat like it?
Most cats get used to it within one to three days. Tip: leave a worn T-shirt of yours in the pocket for a few hours so it smells like you, and sit down the first few times.
How long does shipping take?
Usually 8-15 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free on orders over $30.
Which size should I get?
It's oversized but uses Asian sizing. Check the size guide (garment chest measurement) and if you're between two sizes, size up.
Does it work for dogs?
Yes, for small dogs up to about 9-11 lbs: Chihuahuas, Yorkies, toy poodles…
Is it safe for my cat?
The pocket is roomy and the window lets them pop out whenever they want. It's designed for home use: don't use it as a carrier outdoors.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it. If it arrives damaged or wrong, we'll send a replacement at no cost.
How do I wash it?
Cold wash (30°C / 86°F), inside out, no tumble dry. That keeps the sherpa soft.
