30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their tag.
How to return
Email us at kangapawstore@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with the return instructions. Once we receive the return, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost, or refund you if you prefer.
Exchanges
Since every hoodie ships directly from our warehouse, an exchange is handled as a return plus a new order. Email us and we'll help you pick the right size.
