Will my cat like it?
Most cats get used to it within one to three days. Leave a worn T-shirt of yours in the pocket for a few hours so it smells like you, and sit down the first few times.
How long does shipping take?
Usually 8-15 business days, with tracking. Free shipping on US orders over $30.
Which size should I get?
Check the size guide. If you're between two sizes, size up.
Does it work for dogs?
Yes, for small dogs up to about 9-11 lbs.
Is it safe for my cat?
The pocket is roomy and the round window lets them pop out whenever they want. Use it at home; it's not a carrier for going outside.
Can I return it?
Yes, you have 30 days from delivery. See returns.
How do I wash it?
Cold wash, inside out, no tumble dry.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and whatever you see at checkout. The checkout is Shopify's and fully encrypted: we never see your card details.
